Both of these concerts were recorded by James O'Brien and a montage of tracks was broadcast on British television before being released as the "Introducing Morrissey" video. It must be noted that the television broadcast has a few minor differences with what was released on "Introducing Morrissey". The former started with distorted guitar feedback while the latter started with an excerpt from the song "Glamorous Glue". Also in the montage at the end of the main content, where on "Introducing Morrissey" the song "Seasick, Yet Still Docked" is heard, in the original television broadcast it was Big Dee Irwin's "Swinging On A Star". This concert was first broadcast on UK's VH2 on 3 December 2004, then repeated on MTV2 on 5 December 2004. The track selection above represents the full concert trimmed down to one hour by the deletion of five songs. The VH2 airing was preceded by a one-hour special featuring videos by the Smiths and Morrissey.
This concert was also broadcast on HDNet, Eurochannel and UK's Channel 4 in March and April 2005. The exact setlists for these are unknown, but the programmes were also one hour long, so it is very likely that the sets were the same trimmed ones from the earlier broadcasts.
The full concert was released on DVD in March/April 2005 under the title "Who Put The M In Manchester". Read concert information.

The complete set was finally broadcast on Radio 2 on 18 November 2010, but this time lacking a bit of Morrissey banter. An interview of Morrissey by Stuart Maconie preceded the original 2009 broacast.
