"Now My Heart Is Full"|
USA cd-single [Sire/Reprise 41700-2]
The cd-single was sold inside a FLP digipack with a white locking plastic flap to hold the front panel shut. View front and back artwork from the image gallery on the left. The spine is red with black text. It shows Morrissey's name and the title in the same fonts as on the front, between the catalogue number on the left and "Sire/Reprise" on the right. There are two different versions of the FLP digipack. On some copies the plastic lock-flap has a trapezoid shape with the word "LIFT" and an arrow etched into it, and on other copies it has a semi-circular shape with only an arrow etched into it. The reverse of the front panel is just red without any text or image. The disc is vermillion red with minimal white text. Morrissey's name is at the top with the track listing beneath it, and there are three lines of Sire and WEA credits at the bottom above the catalogue number.
USA cassette-single [Sire/Reprise 9 18106-4]
The cassingle comes in a card slipcase open at the top and bottom for the cassette to slide out. The front shows a cropped version of the cd artwork (view left). The back is just red with white track listing, credits, barcode and logos, just like the back of the cd. The spines are red but the text on them is gold instead of the expected white. Both state Morrissey's name and "Now My Heart Is Full" in the same fonts as on the front, beneath the catalogue number and CS Single logo. The cassette is made of black plastic with text printed directly onto it in grey. Morrissey's name and the side's featured song are mentioned top-centre, with the catalogue number on the left between Sire and Reprise logos, and logos for CS Single and Dolby bottom right. A production credit is found at the bottom of side 1 and a credit for Sire/Reprise at the bottom of side 2.

There are three lines of Sire and WEA credits at the bottom with a promo warning above them and the catalogue number beneath. The disc comes in a standard jewel case without a front insert. The back is a generic Reprise tray insert on which was added Morrissey's name, the song title, the track listing including running times, production and publishing credits, the catalogue numbers for the two formats of album "Vauxhall & I" and a Sire logo (view left). The spines are blue with black text consisting of Morrissey's name and the title in the middle, between the catalogue number and "Sire/Reprise".
